Delete your account

Use this page to request account and personal-data deletion if you cannot access the app. If you can still sign in, the fastest option is to delete your account inside Delbaré from Profile > Settings > Delete Account.

Before you submit: Do not include passwords, one-time codes, payment card numbers, or government ID documents in this form.

What this page does

  • Records your deletion request for follow-up.
  • Sends the request details to support for review.
  • Lets us verify ownership if you no longer have app access.

What deletion usually means

  • Your profile is removed from active use where reasonably possible.
  • Messages, matches, photos, and account details are deleted or de-identified according to our retention rules.
  • Some limited information may be retained for safety, fraud, legal, accounting, moderation, dispute handling, or backup-retention reasons.
